A lawyer graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Law Faculty of Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, class of 2000. In 2004, he completed specialization studies in Tax Law at Universidad Central de Venezuela.

He is a member of the Venezuelan Tax Law Association (AVDT) and is actively involved on the Procedural Committee.
