Attorney graduated in the Central University of Venezuela (1973), with postgraduate studies in Labor Law in that same University (1977-1979) and in the University of Nanterre, Paris France, (1980-1981) in Syndicates and Labor Conflicts. She accomplished the Workshop of the Negotiation Model at Harvard in 2005.

At present and since 1995 she is Specialist Partner in the labor and social security area of Torres, Plaz and Araujo.
