Attorney graduated from the Catholic University in 1977. At present he is Regional Partner of TPA in the office of Puerto La Cruz.

He was the lawyer of the Superintendence of Foreign Investments, Treasury Department (1977), Associate Member of the Pesci Feltry, Diaz Cañabete, Perales and Associates Law Firm (1978-1989).  He worked as Legal Consultant of Seguros Anauco (1993) and as Director Partner of Pablo Alejandro Guzman  & Associates.
