Attorney graduated in the Tachira Catholic University, in 1992.  Post graduate studies in the Andres Bello Catholic University where she obtained the title of Specialist in Finance Law, in 1977.  She did the Worshop on the Model of Negotiation of Harvard, in 2005.

She begins her tributary experience in this area in the Regional Management of Internal Tributes of the North East Region of the Integrated National Service of Tributary Administration (SENIAT), where she worked as a Tributary Professional, in the Tributary Legal Division and Collection.

Her professional work has been in Tributary and Administrative Law.
