A lawyer graduated from the Universidad Santa Maria in 1995; with Postgraduate studies on Mercantil Law and Economy and Integration Law in the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Associated Attorney on the Litigation Department, joint TPA in May 2008. In 2009 he attended the Course for Management for Companies Legal Advisors in the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA).

Previously he worked on two periods (94-96 and 2005 - 2008) functions as Legal Clerk, Secretary and Judge on Civil and Mercantile Courts in Caracas.

During his professional practice, he worked between 1997 and 2002 for Nestlé S.A. in Venezuela; and as a Legal Advisor for national advertising companies.

At the moment his professional practice it is focused on private civil and mercantile law, procedure of civil and mercantile litigations; with special mention to judicial and non-contentious issued of Aeronautical Law, especially with regards to the responsibility of the Air Transportation, including airlines, insurance and reinsurances.
