A Lawyer graduate from the Universidad Central de Venezuela with honors,(class of 1996). He has completed Post-Graduate studies in Procedural Law at Universidad Central de Venezuela.

In 1997, he obtained the Roberto Goldschmidt Award. He has been a Professor of the Chair “Introduction to Law” at the Juridical and Political Sciences Faculty of Universidad Central de Venezuela since 1996.
