A lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, (class of 2002). Currently coursing a specialization in procedural law at Universidad Central de Venezuela.

He had previously held the position of Level II Antitrust Specialist, ascribed to the Legal Department of the Free Competition Promotion and Protection Superintendency (Procompetencia) since October 2005; before then, he had held such offices as that of specialist in others areas of the same Institution.

He joined TPA in October 2006 as a Level II Professional in the Administrative and Economic Law Department.
