A Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, class of 2005.

In 2001, joins the Third First-Instance Court in Civil, Commercial and Traffic Matters of the Circuit of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, as a clerk. During that same year, he joins the Legal Department at Organización Cisneros ODC, as a Clerk and later as an attorney attached to the Legal Department of Cervecería Regional.

In January 2005, he joins the Legal Department of the National Science, Technology and Innovation Fund FONACIT.
