A lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (class of 1999), Caracas, Venezuela. Followed graduate studies at Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., USA, (class of 2001), obtaining a LL.M. General degree, later obtained a Professional Masters Degree in Energy Law, (class of 2004), at the Instituto Superior de la Energía in Madrid, Spain; and recently finished graduate studies of the Post Graduate course in Financial Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (2007) at Caracas, Venezuela.

She joined Torres Plaz & Araujo as a Law Clerk in 1996 and was made an Attorney at the firm in 1999. Worked at Latham & Watkins in New York, NY at the Project Finance Area during 2001-2002.

Currently is a Partner of TPA’s Oil & Gas Department.
