A lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello class of 2005. He accomplished the post-graduate studies in Financial Law at that same University and is at present coursing a Administrative Law post-graduate at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

In 2000 he worked as Law Clerk II at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the Cassation and Constitutional Chambers of the Supreme Court.
